The Values Based Living Planner covers 12 months from January – December. It begins with a welcome note from the Co-Founders of Values Based Living and a quick user guide for how to use the planner for your best results.
The planner kicks off with a values assessment where you will list and describe your top values that will keep you on track for the year.
You will end the year with a review of your top values, observing the evolution of your personal definition of your values, as well as honouring any new or eliminated top values as you have deepened your self knowledge throughout the year.
Monthly Overview
Start every month with a full page month-at-a-glance with large unruled daily blocks. Use the full page monthly intention page to map out monthly priority values, your high level activities as well as recording notes to yourself.
End each month with a full page monthly review to reflect and describe how your top values were satisfied and frustrated that month. Document what you will do more of, do less of and overall what you learned about living your values.
